On the Hunt for a Golden Egg

Queen Isabetta del Verde presented a new A&S challenge household at DWXXX: The Society of the Golden Egg ¤.  This challenge excites me for several reasons.  It challenges each participant to grow based on their own individual skill level.  It requires the participants to explore and develop a research-based approach to their project.  It creates a forum promoting dialog about A&S projects, allowing participation from all across our wide-flung kingdom.  And lastly, more lovely things to see, use, eat and drink in our kingdom. Win-Win!

My initial proposal is within the area of Norwegian Medieval Textiles.  I am eagerly awaiting feedback over this next month, after which I will refine the project description and post here.
